We used to eat at Sorbello’s regularly until we moved about an hour away and the drive just felt too far, but it really isn’t for food this good. We revisited recently and the only thing that changed was the location. They’re now in a non-descript strip of stores on Blanding Blvd and unfortunately the location doesn’t do it justice. The food here is AMAZING. Start with the Bruschetta Siciliana: French bread slices topped with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and seasoning. Then move to the side salad: it’s a basic salad but the homemade dressing is perfect. Entree – Spaghetti ala Siciliana: tomatoes, basil, and garlic and sauted in red sauce. The pasta is a perfect al dente. It’s served with homemade rolls. Then for dessert, treat yourself to the homemade tiramisu. Sara and her husband know what they’re doing. You won’t regret it. If only Sorbello’s was closer to my home, I’d be eating there often. Amazing, I tell you.

The food is delicious, but the service could use some improvement. The garlic knots and cheese ravioli are my favorites. This place is off the beaten path of your typical Blanding eateries, but worth the hike.
