Very good pizza.. Where anybody got the idea this is the best pizza in Jacksonville I have no idea, but its good and the prices make it a bargain. 3 bucks for 2 any topping slices and a drink for lunch is a deal. The pizza is hot and the crust is very thin and crispy. Most pizzerias can’t manage that simple process. I have other places in the area I prefer but $10.99 for a 3 topping large pizza is $7 less than I pay down the street for the same pizza. Definitely a jewel in Orange Park. Great Pizza Great People. I understand people have different experiences when they go places and not all are always good , even at great places. That being said , I cannot stand reading reviews from people who go to a place once and trash it, usually over something minor. We have been ordering Vitos for 5 years plus and have never, ever, never had a Mediocre experience, let alone a bad one, They are always friendly, priced extremely well, and bend over backwards to help. Oh yeah, did I forget DELICIOUS? Tastes vary and I can see someone may like others better but Pizza Hut? Really? Thats cardboard with ketchup?We order 3 to 4 times a month and always have good service and food so people that have been once and didnt get their Stuffed Crust frozen dough flavor fix like they do at Domino/Huts have a less valid opinion. Worst people ever. The pizza is really good but the people are the worst. In the middle of ordering right after I gave them my credit card info they hung up on me when I called back I was hung up on again by my fourth time calling I finely talked to the rude lady manager. Didn’t tell me she was sorry I was hung up on 3 times didn’t care my card was charged and I wanted to make sure my pizza was being cooked and she told me it was a busy Friday night and didn’t have time to give out free food I never ask for anything free I wanted to make sure my order was being made since my card was charged and then I was hung up on bf my order was complete. The pizza is good but I will never go back bc they know they have good pizza and think they can treat you like crap. I won’t eat there ever again
Does not honor their own coupons. DO NOT EAT AT VITOS IN ORANGE PARK. I have a coupon for Vito’s for a Manager’s Special from the Living Social Coupon book that does not expire till December 31, 2013. However Vito’s is refusing to honor their own coupon. The coupon specifically says one large free pizza. It does not have any stipulations yet they will not honor it. I think this is horrible business customer service. You should never put out an offer you don’t plan on honoring. The manager was rude and so were the employees. I would not eat there if I was you.
Good Pizza. I was out running errands and stopped in for the $2.99 two slices and a drink lunch special. Friendly staff, quick service, and good pizza. The whole interior needs a thorough cleaning – you can tell the dirt and grime has been accumulting for a while.
We have had pizza from Vito’s for years. Tonight, we get a half cooked piece of slop, disgusting. What the hell happened? This was just unacceptable. Cook your pizza, or I will tell everyone I know to never go there. One more chance. Being busy on a Saturday is NOT an excuse. Especially when you only stay open till 8!!!
