The food is typical average bar at Abes on Missouri, they seem to have recently raised their prices a lot. Don’t sit at the bar, bartenders seems to be bullies and very much into their customers personal business which leads to lack of service, we Sat for over 20 minutes without drinks why the bartenders were socializing,on their phones, and socializing with the local regulars it seemed. and on several occasions while having a business lunch bartenders interrupted us with their personal comments which were not welcomed they seem to run the place like if it’s their own. and we set there and listened to them gossip about their customers to other customers. If we have to go there we definitely do not sit at the bar anymore.
Best food in town. Fantastic food and great service!! Just moved to Clearwater and this is our favorite place!!
Never again. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is decent, though pounded a little thin. The blue cheese dressing they serve with it is too sweet.We had a party of 12. When one of us graciously picked up the check, we were uninformed that the gratuity was already added to the bill, having not seen it. The waitress easily took the double tip, full on knowing she was double dipping on the tip. When we spoke to the manager and the waitress, they were very adversarial, definitely not a good business practice.Will not be returning.
Excellent food. Great atmosphere. Our server Melinda was awesome !!! She was right on point , knew the menu & the wide selection of drafts. Highly recommend.
Awesome Food. I have eaten at every burger joint in town and I can tell you the burgers made at Abe’s Mugs is the best I have ever eaten. The waitress was great, she kept my drinks filled and I didn’t wait long to get service or my meal.I have eaten there a number of times since and the service is the same and the food is stellar. I would highly recommend this place as a favorite place to eat. You will have a wonderful meal at a very affordable price.
Nothing to complain about. Local bar serves good wings… They have amazingggg fried cheesecake wrap! If you can afford to! Stuff it in your face.
