I found a cockroach in my chicken lo mein today. I’m so grossed out. My family and I have been eating here for the past 4 years. Normally, the food is okay. I hate to talk bad about this place but people could get sick from this. I took it back and they gave me a refund.
My first visit. Came in based on fellow diners’ 3.8 rating. I’ll not try anything rated lower than 3.5, & was intrigued by this restaurant’s score, menu, proximity, & prices.The young lady at the counter taking orders was polite but didn’t appear to speak much english. The white rice was good, but then I love white rice. The chicken kung pao tasted quite ordinary, comparable to something out of a can, nothing remotely approaching my beloved standard, P.F.Chang’s-Westshore.This lunch special was only $5.62 so I don’t feel too bad about getting less than expected. Perhaps others in the rating pool order different dishes that are better, but alas it was my first (& probably last) visit. You only get one chance to make a good first impression…& snare that newbie.

I have been coming to China garden for over 10 years and their food has always been the best.I left for the military for 4 years and I will always make sure when I leave to come back in order the chicken and broccoli or the chicken fried rice. Their food is delicious and they are very kind and generous the portions are large and the service is fast. they are very clean. one of the things I like most about this restaurant is a use higher quality chicken and vegetables compared to other Chinese food restaurants. Hope you enjoy it as much as I. I remember one year every place was closed because of the hurricane but they were still open and serving food lol. Talk about dedication lol
