Rude. I called in to make a delivery order and I wanted my chicken with the sauce on the side,and for some reason the lady was giving me a very hard time. Than when I got the chicken it was didnt taste very good. Highly unsatisfied
They hung up on me. When placing an order for pickup, i told them that some one would be picking it up and that I wanted to give them my Credit card as payment, with their broken English we weren’t understanding each other, she said we need credit card, I tried to give her the number, she mumbled something real fast, i told her to slow down that I didn’t understand her, she put someone else on the phone and I after the same misunderstanding they hung up on me.,..I then concluded that they probably meant that they needed the actual credit card in their hand , and that I couldn’t prepay and have someone pick it up, Awful customer service…
