Should be a minus five. Between the rude counter guy, who was talking on his blue tooth the whole time in Chinese, barely acknowledged me, got argumentative when I asked a simple question about an order. I should have just walk , but I had to wait for an order at Office Depot in same strip mall. I ordered food to eat in, he served it to me in a take out bag, despite my then telling him again I was going to eat it there. He couldn’t be bothered , too busy babbling away on his phone. Ignored me whole time, and the slop I was given was scary. Soup from instant bouillon cubes, hard doughy won tons with filled with grey looking meat of some animal. Inedible. And shrimp lo mein, tasteless noodles smothered in a greasy salty brown oily mess. Disgusting. Undercooked small shrimp, and remnants of things that looked like came out of a garbage disposal. Disgusting attitude, service and food. Not a recipe for success even in a cheap Chinese take out joint. I don’t know how they stay in business. I immediately felt sick after eating the shrimp lo mein, which I should have just slapped back down on the counter in the same manner as it was served to be . Foolishly I ate it, but will never go back, and hope no one else does either.
Burnt. I moved in to a house around the corner and when I went there the first time, I ordered pan fried dumplings… got them home they were mildly burnt.I gave them another chance… mildly burnt again. I gave them a third chance and it was ok. I went back a 4th time and there were 4 people working there as they are bagging the order they were speaking chinese excitedly while opening a box repeatedly. I went home and guess what! BURNT BADLY!!! i called and they said bring it back, I did get a fresh order… No APOLOGY, so I gave them a piece of my mind and haven’t been back since!
Crab Rangoon is awesome!. By far the best crab rangoon anywhere in our opinion. My daughter is a somewhat of a connoisseur of the dish, and although she tries every new place she comes across, this one is by far her favorite.
