Sandy. My children and I have celebrated their birthdays, on two occasions, and cannot praise the delicious cuisine enough!! The service was exceptional but the food was outstanding! Congratulations to the entire staff for their diligence in making our evenings so pleasurable and delicious!!
The Private Dining Room. All good things to say. Food was perfect. Service was perfect. View was amazing. For larger groups or gatherings- and special occasions- this is the place to go. Call ahead- request the private room, and they will take care of the rest.
Came here for a friends birthday, and the view was amazing. We sat in front of a huge window over the beach and watched the sunset. Our food was amazing! I had the surf and turf, with a side of infused watermelon, and a garden salad with passion fruit dressing! Wow! And the pretzel bread rolls were really cool. I wasn’t crazy about the mac and cheese compared to the rest of the meal, but my steak melted in my mouth. Save room for dessert because we ordered the rhubarb creme brulee, and I couldn’t believe how good it was. I was stuffed and I just had to take the last bite. The waiter was a cutie and he loved to upsell the menu and you could tell he really liked the food there. He was good at pairing the wine with my meal. I was very happy with this experience. It was a little pricy, i think with 7 people our bill combined was nearly 600 bucks including the tip. I can’t wait for another special event so I can try some other stuff on the menu! Hooray, shor!
Wow…wow. Took my inlaws there over the labor day weekend. they were in the mood for seafood and the menu looked good (they were staying in the hotel).service was on point. very clean, nice to see the kitchen when we walked in.oysters were on point, a little pricy but excellent. calamari, pork belly were amazing. the rolls with the mustard- great, I mentioned to the food runner that the mustard was really good with the butter – next thing I knew I had a whole plate of mustard and butter. great service.dinner was insane good. seriously one of the best meals I have had. in the top 10 for sure. everything was perfect, wine, food, desert, ambiance and service. will definitely be back.
I liked it. I went to Shor for dinner last week with a friend. It’s the only restaurant along that part of the beach that doesn’t have plastic chairs and greasy tables. It’s upscalish (not quite upscale though). Dinner for two for $55 in a nice setting is not a bad price especially there’s nothing else right off Clearwater Beach even close to their atmosphere. Not every dish was perfect (went out twice), but I’ll go there again the next time I’m in Clearwater.
We were very disappointed by the food options and availability until we tried the breakfast buffet at te Shor. Although it is $20 a person it was only $5 for our daughter and the food is fabulous, especially the eggs and the hashbrowns because they are not greasy and there are so many other healthy options available too! We have Not ate anywhere else for breakfast since we ate there!
Great place to eat!. Shor has such a pretty view of the sunset. Food was excellent, you can’t go wrong choosing your own seasonings and sauces. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
