Finally decided to clip the $10 coupon from Sunday’s Times & meet some friends for a Saturday dinner. The placed was packed & loud, told we’d be waiting fifty-five minutes for a table, but our pager went off after just fifteen (?).I tried the smoked chicken wings with garlic parmesan coating. They were tasty, with good texture (moist & tender), but settled in a pool of EVO2. The blue cheese dip consisted of one large chunk of crumble in mainly mayonnaise. Not good!Ordered the Brunswick stew: oooh! I’ve lived in Georgia and I’ve had authentic stuff;.this wasn’t it… overpowering BBQ sauce (?) taste. My wife’s pulled pork sandwich came out cold, was nuked, resulting product was dried out. She complained her Yuengling tasted flat as well. My Guinness tasted typically delicious. All in all not a good culinary experience. The night wasn’t a complete loss though, our waitress, Christina, was wonderful, the FF’s & fried pickles were good.
