The salsa is great! Great drink specials that you can’t beat but the service at the bar was a little slow. I love the atmosphere. The lights were a little bright at the bar.
Dirty little spot with poor service. Sat at bar 10 minutes along with another guy who walked up. Never saw a bartender but did notice the dirtiness while I waited to no avail. Hard to get me to leave a spot with Tequila but they did it on first try. Magical.Left never to return.
We like to give the benefit of the doubt, especially hearing bad reviews. We must say that out of 50+ years of dining this has to be THE WORST food we have ever eaten at a restaurant. EVER! It was the greasiest, fattiest (our chimmichanga, taco, enchiladas) also, most bland, tasteless, lowest quality, worst prepared food we have ever had. This compares to the worst of school lunches we could ever remember. This restaurant will not be here for very long. Our server was very kind and attentive except when she wasnt tending to her children who were eating dominoes pizza. If her children can’t eat here then why should we. Obviously they were insightful of their menu choices. The decor was abominable. It was the worst $80 we ever spent. We are not ones who complain and send back food. This restaurant must be stopped before someone becomes ill. Yes, it WAS that bad.
Soggy and flavorless. Nearly everything we ordered was covered with flavorless sauce, save the Chimichanga, which wasn’t the least bit crispy. The taco was on par with taco bell, but with slightly better cheese. The chile relleno and tamales were swimming in greasy sauce, lukewarm and just terrible. I think there was more liquid on my plate than anything else. The chicken flauta was at least crispy, but dipping it in the congealed cheese sauce that accompanied it didn’t do it any favors. I won’t lie, I didn’t even try the rice or beans. The only saving grace for this place is the salsa, which was at least fresh with tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Margaritas, even if they are 2 for 1, shouldn’t be made with half the tequila (trace amounts is probably closer to the truth.) I’ll be shocked if this place is still open another 6 months.
Great Food. Eat here fairly regularly during lunch. Never have any problems, staff is always fantastic. Took a new employee for lunch and he wanted to come back the next day as well… just plain old good food and service.
Fly in margarita. Very very poor service. Brought out incorrect order. Good food though.
The fajitas were dry. The salsa was almost warm. Not recommended!
