Our server was very attentive and the food cameout very fast. I had the lobster and it was very appetizing, however my fianc had the fried shrimp dinner and the only appetizing thing on his plate was the French fries. The shrimp had a strange taste that we could not put our finger on. At first, we thought it was the breading but it was the shrimp. Also, the coleslaw tasted as if it was frozen bitten. Maybe they had a bad day in the kitchen so try them for yourselves and rate.
PAY WITH CASH. Pro: The fried grouper sandwich is pretty good!Con: They overcharged my card. Miniscule amount so I wasn’t thinking it would be a big deal to fix it. I called to have it corrected. The manager wasn’t in. I go to the place. The manager isn’t in. Yeah right. Scam artists. Apparently they are known for doing this type of thing. Beware.
The best food in Clearwater beach. Is hard to believe how some people are rude in what they saying and complying about everything…I am going to Toucan’s almost every week and i can say that is one of the best places on Clearwater beach where you can have fun with your friends or your family, the food is always good and the service is the best…I love that place and i recommend it to everybody.
Went in most nights during week stay, good food,great selection of drinks,band that was on twice called MAGIC very good and the staff are great, especially ann marie, jennifer and eliza(hope you say hi and give me your facebook address)
The food took longer than we expected for a bar. The grouper sandwich was the biggest I have seen on the beach, but the swrvice was awful. None of the servers smiled. Our server had no people skills and only came back to check on us after we were all done eating to give us our bill.
Went on a really busy night and they did a decent job of taking care of us. Grouper Sandwich was better than Frenchy’s !
Horrible horrible horrible. Went there on Christmas day. 2 waitresses working. Took an hour to get nachos, 15 mins to get a beer. Friends ordered the Bacardi bucket and waitress brought out coronas. Waitress swapped charges on tickets. Said only going to be an hour for charge to come off my card.big checked balance today and had a charge of 4.28(original bill) 9.63(the swap) and 21.89 from nowhere…called to speak with manager but none were on duty…how’s that possible? Never going again and I suggest you never go here. Saw 3 other customers talking to manager yesterday.
