Horrible all the way around!!. The clearwater location is a disgrace to the burger industry. The meat was raw, under-cooked and tasted like leather. When asked to recook the manager told me I must not know anything about meat. Well I tell you this is certainly the worst overpriced burger place out there.

Awful!. My family ate here late in the evening when they weren’t busy and food took a long time to get. The veggie burger was good. Fries were burnt and inedible. They accidentally put some ones order of chicken on our tray and had to come by and grab it. The kitchen was flooding nasty water into the hall toward the restrooms. That was a slipping hazard & a huge sanitation issue.Never again!

Horrible food. Went to Clearwater Beach and while walking to Subway we spotted Urban Burgers. Service was fast, but the food was nasty. Three burgers were burnt like hockey pucks, the bun was hard and the chicken was super dry. The worst 45 bucks I have spent in a long time. Will never go back, but I cannot imagine thimble being in business much longer.

Bad experience. I wrote this to Corporate 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply.Dear Sir,I am writing to make you aware of my dinning experience at Union Burger on Mandalay Ave in Clearwater Beach, Fl. I arrived at the restaurant on 2/23/2014 at 5:50 pm. The line was not long as there was 6 people ahead of me and 2 people taking orders. By 6:00 my order was taken by a very helpful and competent young lady. I was given an indicator device notifying me when the order was complete. After 45 minutes, I went to the front counter to inquire of my order and was told the Burger was finished but the fries were still in the fryer. I waited at the counter for an additional 5 minutes and received my order. During the 50 minutes it took to get my order, there was only 4 other customers who entered the restaurant. I sat at the table and opened the sandwich, took a bite and noticed the bun to be dry and hard and the burger cold. My order was as follows, 1 Burger with, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, light mustard and ketchup, 1 small Fries, and a Coors Light. After bringing the Burger to the front counter for display, I was told another would be made immediately and brought to my table. After another 30 minutes passed, I approached the front counter and asked if the Burger was ready and was told it was not and they were sorry. At that point there wasn’t anyone in the kitchen to talk to so I left the restaurant. I am a local living just down the street and was looking forward to visiting your restaurant. Thought you might want to be aware of my experience.
