We have been going to the Baskin-Robbins a long time. We have always gotten the military and first responders discount and today of all days Memorial Day they said you cant have that discount your not a cop. Rude as all get out! I will be calling the manager and corporate about how rude their employee was!
Won’t keep favorite ice cream in stock. I have to wait all year long for my favorite ice cream flavor (Love Potion 31 come out shortly before Valentine’s Day). It is by far their best flavor, and I know that the other Baskin Robbins stores have carried it as late as July or August. Last year, the Clermont store stopped supplying it at the end of February. When I complained about it, the manager told me she would get it as long as she was able to this year. The last shipment of February just came, and they didn’t even bother to order it. Now I am stuck waiting another year. I will do my best to avoid that Baskin Robbins store from here on out.
