Loved the waitress. Food was typical IHOP, which I love. The good thing about a chain restaurant is the consistency. My visit was memorable because of Erica; she was kindof loud, but really funny. Not just with me, but I was laughing out loud at her interactions with the other customers. Her passion for life was contagious, and it was a great way to start my day.
Great. Our food and service was great! We had the steak tips and the seeds breakfast. The tips melted in our mouth!

We have eaten here several times while visiting on vacation. It is usually busy. But service has always been great and the food was great. Kid friendly. A usual stop on our vacations.
It’s an older ihop restaurant. Service was fast. Food was good. Price was right. We will probably go back again for breakfast before we leave Cocoa Beach. I would recommend it.
Dropped in for a quick bite on the way to the beach, the service was fast, attentive (Cathy was lovelly) and the food was good. Would definitely stop in again.
We were a little concerned when we pulled up & the parking lot was empty, but I was in the mood for ihop so we decided to try it. I had the steak tips & eggs combo. Service was good, food was out in no time ( by the time we ate the place was packed), and the food was very good. Definately on my favorites for this area!
