I love New Habit! My family loves the tuna, chicken, or egg salad pita sandwich. They are stuffed full! For we always get a frozen yogurt. The flavors change daily. Many times we get our food to go and have a picnic on the beach or go to the park.

Local business love. I have been born and raised here in CB, and I’ve been eating at A New Habit for as long as I can remember. They are friendly, have amazing and have healthy delicious food options. I’m a sandwich lover and would much rather go pay a few more dollars to have a delicious chicken salad pita over the annoying hassle of publix deli, or subway….local love all the way!!
I’ve been here many times and really like it. It’s a small cafe where you order at the counter and there are a couple by the front window. The chicken salad, egg salad, or seafood salad in a whole wheat pita are all great, the process are a little high but if you get the pita, it can be easily shared or arched into two meals. the girls at the country have always been friendly and quick.
My mom has taken me here ever since I was a little girl. They indefinitely have the greatest chicken saled, and best frozen yogurt!
Microwaved food, over priced… Smoothies were good, but there’s better just down the road
Love this place! Food is good and I look forward to chatting with Connie, Patti or Victoria, whoever is there:)
