Went with the wife on Saturday and had some difficult time getting a spot to park. After finding a parking spot we went inside and were immediately greeted and sat, after some time looking at all of the options I chose an mahi-mahi Reuben sandwich as well as the soup of the day which was crab bisque, and the misses ordered a chocolate waffle. When the food arrived I was surprised at the size of the portions, not to mention on homemade bread. It was delicious however a little to sweet for my taste what with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing in the sandwich. Wife loved her waffle and all together very reasonable prices across the board. I will definitely return and try something new.

Five of us went here for breakfast today and were not disappointed. The food was really delicious and was a welcome change after a few days of junk food. 3 of us ordered omelettes and the other two ordered hot cakes (pancakes) with fruit. The portions are large so make sure you are hungry. I’m going back tomorrow for the fruit bowl.
Nice find! Had the crab Benedict and hot cakes. Huge portion and good quality food. Friendly staff and a old house feel. Coffee was the real deal. Tiny wait because it was Sunday brunch. Tough for larger parties. chilltravelers.com
Small, cute and cozy! Simply Delicious has amazing breakfast, great coffee, and yummy desert options. Get here early, you wouldn’t want to miss this breakfast and it gets busy, quickly. Highly recommend.
Best Breakfast in Brevard County hands down, incredible flavors, awesome service, clean cute atmosphere. Easy to find ,great location. We have been coming for years our family wouldn’t want to go anyplace else for breakfast its very addicting . The fresh fruit, delicious fluffy omletes, their homemade breads , fresh brewed iced tea ,and awesome selection of homemade bakery items to take home. If your traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great experience for breakfast this is a must !!!!Great Job ! Keep making incredible food !
