Best starbucks ive ever been to. Staff is beyond excellent. Makes regulars feel like close family because they know your name and drink without one word spoken. Takes time to truly connect with customers. Most of the staff has worked here for years. Love coming in! 25000 stars
Good for locals & they’ll make it right. They get to know those of us who stop in regularly. I’ve seen them remake drinks for those that have been made wrong or poorly. In fact, that’s pretty much a *$ no questions asked policy. Only thing I’ve been annoyed with here is that corporate changes the food selection sometimes and seems to eliminate the ones I like.
Just got an ice coffee that is completely watered down! Also got a coffee frappucino with the same problem. First time that starbucks has disappointed me completely!!
