Don’t go. Told 2 hour wait. No one else waiting. Open tables .
This may be a great place for many people. We had dinner there last week end. Servers are top notch and seem to have been there years. Price and menu were our issues. 2 mid priced items and a 1/2 half order of fried rice (9.00) the meal was 50.00, 60.00 with tip. Sorry but beef was not tender and sauces a little too much. Menu is very limited for Chinese rest. Great environment and very clean. Mainly older people in the place (I am one of them). Just not a place we would go back to, maybe it would work for you
Thought the food was average. Have been to china town in Seattle, Dan Francisco and New York so maybe I am spoiled after reading all the good reviews. Service was absolutely horrible because our table of three seemed to be an after thought. The waiter for the table next to us kept putting tray right next to my wife. So no matter how classy the wait staff looked this was ridiculous. Never going back.
Ehh…. I voted yes because my boyfriend loves it so much, but I have always found Yen Yen to be entirely average, minus the lemon chicken which is sub-par. Let it be stated that I don’t eat seafood, so I can’t rave about the chowder or prawns or whatever it is everyone else crows about. Average drinks, average prices, average portions, average food. The only advantage is the number of options. And yes, paying for parking stinks, too.

Delicious Food. I have to be honest and say I can’t imagine anyone eating at Yen Yen’s and not enjoying it. Yes, you’re going to pay a lot of money in most restaurants to get really good quality and good tasting food. This is the only Chinese Restaurant in Brevard County that offers such a huge variety of Chinese Food, and it’s fabulous. I’ve lived here for over 20 years and this is the only Chinese Restaurant that we go to. I recommend The White Snow Prawns, Shelley’s Chicken, The Mango Chicken, Murray’s Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice, All the Appetizers are delicious, the soups are great, I’m not a beef eater so I haven’t had any of that, but other family members & friends have and it’s also very good. I don’t agree with any of the negative statements on here at all. The food is fabulous. Yes, you will pay more then you would at a Chinese Takeout, but there’s no comparison. This is authentic Chinese Food prepared especially just for you, it’s freshly made and delicious. Nothing is frozen. In all the years I’ve gone I’ve never had a cold dish delivered to my table unless it’s meant to be cold. It’s not loud in there at all. In fact the ambiance is lovely, comfortable seating, you feel very special eating there. The owner will come over and say hello and ask if you enjoyed your meal. It’s a wonderful place to eat, don’t miss it.
