Meet friends @ this place 1x per week periodically. Ordered a omlette found 2 bread ties in my omelette, no extra charge. Needless to say i will not be eating @ this shop again. I gather that cleanliness & quality control are not important factors.
Fresh food and consistently good. Friendly family service. Service is also quick. Highly recommended. Best bagels in town;-)
