Peruvian rotisserie chicken. The full name is Al Carbon by Inca’s Kitchen according to the sign, which is a good indicator as Inca’s Kitchen food is very good. The rotisserie style chicken here has outstanding flavor and is a great value for the money. I loved the restaurant that used to be in this space, and am glad another great little place has taken root here.
