OMG, terrible service! My husband was on the phone ordering a take out meal when he was put on hold by the server. When she finally came back on the line she said the kitchen was closed, refused to finalize our order and then hung up on us! Not the way to run a business!!
Never returning. Our first time at Brio was today for lunch. The silverware was filthy. My meal was made wrong and cooked wrong. (Ordered burger with onions, mayo, and bacon not tomato jam, arugula, and bacon as stated on menu). I ordered med. rare, it arrived burnt. My husband enjoyed his meal (eggs Benedict) and finished it long before my meal was served the second time. When it arrived, the fries were missing. They arrived after we finished everything. We did not receive refills on my soda. We did not receive an apology for being served the wrong food, for being served separately, for receiving burnt food. Never again will we enter this restaurant.
My favorite Brio! Awesome outdoor bar area. Food is good, but just like most Brio’s.
Fair value. Good place to see and be seen without paying the rent for a table in Olde Naples. Beautiful bar. Great chops, can’t bring myself to try the pasta because all the pasta dishes are overpriced. I just can’t get my head around the fact that I’m paying so much for about 50 cents worth of flour egg and water.
Favourite Italian in Naples. Patio is great for drinks before dinner, or even a great spot to have dinner. The food and service is excellent. Would recommend to anybody in the Naples area.
A step up from Cheese Cake Factory. Very good, but not special. It’s worth stopping in for dinner if you are shopping. Four of us, and everyone enjoyed their dinner.
The best food and drink… Grab a table on the front patio and people watch!!! I vote this place as a must do while in Naples!!!!
