So very good! I went to this restaurant twice while staying in Naples. Fresh, creative, and inventive ways to showcase a vegan raw menu. If you’re into delicious, super healthy, vegetarian or vegan cuisine this is a great place for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was excellent. They even make homemade simple syrups for iced tea. Also, great place if you’re looking for gluten free!

Surprising. Having been raised in small town Texas where cheese enchiladas are often the only vegetarian choice when eating out; I would never have imagined that enchiladas could be so good without cheese. If I hadn’t known that the chipotle enchiladas at Cider Press were not cooked I would not have noticed that they were raw. The quality of the ingredients really shows, I really can’t claim to have a sophisticated palate, but the gazpacho was very complex and far more than the simple vegetable soup that it usually is. I don’t think that this quality of food would be possible without such superior vegetables. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable, which is important when the cuisine is so different (in a positive and healthy way) from what most people normally eat. The presentation was beautiful as well.. I’m still surprised that I didn’t miss the cheese in the enchiladas.

Inventive, exciting, delicious. Im not Vegan myself, but for various (ethical/health/moral) reasons several in my family are. Since they join me at my Steak places, I join them at their Vegan ones. And what a find this place is! On a brief South Florida visit to Naples we discovered this place and had dinner there on a Monday night. It was obvious from the start that this chef understands cooking (can we even call it cooking since everything is raw?) and textures and tastes. The creativity and imagination is very impressive. If you dont cook/bake, how do you make a chip (with the ceviche) crunch? They do. (dehydration it seems…) And the seafood in that ceviche is actually mushrooms — yes, marinated in lime juice. Every dish has its own delightful slight of hand background story. I loved how the staff wanted to make SURE we knew exactly what we were about to eat. You know its raw, and served cold right Yes we replied — thats why were here! And yes — atmosphere is about as far away from my beloved Steakhouses as is possible! But for me its about the warmth of the staff, the joy of being with family, and the delight of eating such creative and tasty food.
