Well, although very busy in the winter months, I truly like this place. The Drunken Shrimp appetizer is must. The happy hour has a good selection of drinks and food too. By the way the pretzel bread is as good as it gets. Worth the visit.
This is the 2nd time I’ve been here since it opened not too long ago. The first time was great. This time was terrible. We ordered salads and appetizers that took 30 minutes to come out. We then waited over 45 minutes for our entrees after we finished with our appetizers. There were 6 of us. 5 ordered steaks and 1 ordered the ginger salmon. The salmon was burned and 4/5 steaks were very overcooked. For all the waiting we did, not one manager or even our own waitress came to apologize. The waitress never came over to ask how our food turned out. Overall the whole experience was nice, the tasting bar before our dinner was great. Unfortunately it was ruined with the hour wait for our food, the way our food was prepared, and our inattentive waitress. I still can’t believe she didn’t come over and apologize or even acknowledge the fact that we were sitting there waiting for over an hour for our food. I also saw a couple of tables around us that needed to call the manager over just to put in their drink orders so I know it wasn’t just our table that was feeling neglected.
