Favorite restaurant in SW Florida! I’m always rotating between the raw oysters-Carlos style, the Shrimp Carlos, the Shrimp plate and Grouper. Everything is same-day fresh, just like it was caught that morning. The last time I was there, I had the raw oysters with a special touch by Carlos, rice and beans with a side of plantains. Although I didn’t have room that time, they offer 2 deserts – key lime pie and flan; both are the absolute best! We try to order 1 of each, with extra forks! This is a family business that treats everyone like family. Like I said — my favorite!
