Love their food and normally have good service. Last experience they lost our order and informed us that we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes since they were so busy. In my opinion, that type of customer service is poor and will make me think twice about ordering from them in the future.
The food is delicious and cannot beat the prices either. But the peronality of some of the staff that I have encountered many times has been cold, abrubt, with an attitude which was matched by the equivalent in facial expression. I have tried to turn it around with compliments of food and establishment with a smile, got me nowhere, but continued attitude. No price is worth that. Will never go there again.
Hibachi yes, sushi no. The bowls are awesome, inexpensive, quick, and we get them for take out all. The. Time. The sushi however seems low grade, it’s very stringy, hard to eat, and just unappetizing – a no go. Definitely worth it for the hibachi though. So good.
