I have visited twice over a two year period and I honestly haven’t been overly impressed with the sushi or the prices. The sushi pieces just dont seem to be as cold or fresh as I find in other local Naples sushi locations. Don’t get me wrong it tastes ok but not like whoa that’s really good sushi type sushi. I ordered a bottle of sake and based on the price I thought it was a larger size of sake for $17 for 300mil a bit pricey again to other Naples sushi locations. My golden rule typically in finding a good sushi restaurants is find one with Asians eating in it, not here, it was all hibachi birthday groups and what seemed to be out of towners. Not trying to take anything away from this place but it could be better especially for the prices. If you have $100 for 2 and want a nice atmosphere and ok sushi and hibachi it’s a safe place to visit but there are far better in Naples with better prices misterswfl.com
Worst Customer Service… Servers are rude. My husband and I were very disappointed to have such a bad experience. We read online that the food was great so we were excited to try it. But wow, big shock! Food is great but the customer service is just so POOR you can’t get over it. The servers are rude and will tell you what to order. If you are using a groupon they put rules in place as you order. It was very disappointing. I would recommend to not eat here… as I think they perform bad business.

Awful. We had so many good recommendations, we were tremendously disappointed.Food was tasteless and lacked any evidence of spicing. Sauces were watered-down — even the Soy Sauce!Wasabi was so mild that you could take a spoonful in your mouth and just barely detect any hotness.Stay away — go to DaRuMa instead — they understand the concept of spicing!
