They’re Really Trying!. After all the bad reviews, we were really hesitant to try this restaurant, but it’s in our neighborhood, so we did. We are vegetarian, so they made bean and veggie enchiladas. They were excellent, as was the table-side guacamole. Pico de gallo was missing with the chips, but the salsa was interesting. When we commented that the Margarita was a bit weak, they fixed that in a hurry, and it was excellent. We talked to the owner/manager (not sure) and he said they were making some major improvements. It was obvious that they aim to please. We will be back!
Manzanillos sucks…. Horrible food, horrible service, overpriced and you wait forever to get your food and when it finally gets there is not even hot!!! They say they are open everyday but it is false advertisement. Our waitress was very rude and they seemed understaffed. It honestly was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Save your money and go to chillis. This place will most likely close down. I don’t think it’ll survive during season if they don’t change theyr attitude soon. Management was ridiculous I complained to the waitress about our food being cold and the manager did nothing about it. Just outrageous and horrible experience. Don’t go there your seriously better off at a cheap little mexican place in a sketchy road. I’m sure theyr tacos are better.
