  This is my first restaurant review so forgive me if my format is not perfect. I have a long-standing history ordering takeout from this restaurant. The past four months I have experienced much frustration in that all of my orders end up being incorrect. I’ve had only 2 times out of past 6x where a really nice manager has Given a gift card for my inconvenience which I greatly appreciate. I found out that they have a call center that does their take-out ordering and clearly there is communication issues between the call center and on site at the restaurant. My main issue is regarding proteins ounces in my order. When I order a specific amount of protein and get it sometimes and not other times, this is frustrating. This evening I was told by a rude manager Matt that I am incorrect in my protein analysis as the protein is quoted pre-cooked versus cooked. In all the times that I’ve ordered protein servings here and other restaurants I’ve never!! been told that it has been the pre-cooked amount. When you ask a restaurant how many ounces of protein is in this dish and they tell you 3 ounces, you expect you’re getting 3 ounces. You don’t expect them to tell you 3 oz but you really only end up with 2-21/2. Again I’ve never been told this until this evening specifically for this Resturant. So my latest order of 9 oz of chicken which was really only 6.8 oz is the way they do business at $1.95 per serving. Needless to say I’m will not be returning to this Resturant as I’ve tried numerous times to see if there would be a correction in service. Too bad for them to loose someone who eats from there at least 1x per week. I guess they don’t need my business. ?

  Excellent, Until Today!. This has always been a favourite until today. The food was as good as ever, but the service staff totally lacked training, especially our waiter. Slow service, and when the bottle of wine finally came, he botched opening it…couldn’t handle the bottle nor present it professionally, broke the cork because he held the bottle at a strange angle!! Not very impressive. The waiter serving the next table bored his customers to death (as well as us) wining about his job. We won’t go back any time soon.

  Dependable. I love me some PF Chang’s. Yeah, it’s a chain, but I’ve never had a bad meal here. always what I’m looking for!
