We had lunch in this restaurant yesterday, a terrible experience. The waitress was unfriendly and disinterested. She didn’t bring our bread until we had sat there for 25 minutes, we waited 55 minutes for our pasta. She did not check on us after she served our food. Never refilled water or iced tea for us.The restaurant was not busy….I would never go back.
If you are looking for a true Italian trattoria go here. If you are an American Italian do not go. But if you are Italian and or an Italian American you will enjoy it. Domenico
Do not heed the masses. We were looking for a good Italian rrestaurant in this area and the reviews suggested that Trattoria Abruzzo was just the place. So last week, my wife and I tried it and afterwards wondered if these reviewers had eaten at the same place. My Snapper Livornese, one of my favorite Italian dishes, was not well prepared….the fish was chewey and the sauce smothered in tomato sauce. The accompanying spaghetti was tasteless mush and couldn’t be saved by the sauce!! Dispite this unhappy experience, we returned with friends the next night to give Abruzzo a second chance….unwise decision: My Chicken Franchaise was far too salty and my wife’s Chicken Marsala was very tough and swimming in a puddle of grease strewn with mushrooms. How many times must one try this place to get a good meal?? For me, never again!!
Quaint little restaurant with a rich menu. The food is consistently delectable so is the service.

Cant keep reservation. Another table was seated ahead of our party of 8 and 30 minutes later they stated they cant seat anywhere else unless we split our party.
