Bad very bad service bad food bad everything
Excellent Food. Great little restaurant. The portions are huge, the staff is great. Very nice waitresses. The chef which is the owner makes everything from scratch. I would recommend this to everyone.
HORRIBLE service.. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced!!!! I called in to place an order the hostess was so rude she told me immediately that they did not have time for me, they were to busy with the parties they already had seated apparently my order was of no importance. When I asked to speak to a manager the response was he’s too busy also call back Monday.I guess this business does not appreciate all there customers equally as I have eaten there before and the food was good, I am just so disappointed in there customers service I would probably receive better service at a McDonald’s.
Wonderful experience beginning to end. From the warm greeting when we arrived with our children ages 5 and 7, we knew this was a special place. The servers were kind and attentive, and they went out of their way to help us create a custom children’s meal. I even told the hostess (a friend of the owner) that I felt like I was coming to her house for dinner. The previous reviewer expressed frustration about not being able to accommodate infants and toddlers. It is a very intimate restaurant, but some diners near us had an infant happily seated in a stroller. It seemed to work for them. The large menu had options for many dietary restrictions including gluten free and vegetarian. We all enjoyed our dinners and had plenty left over to bring home. This whole experience was positive for our family, and we look forward to returning soon.
If you have a baby or toddler this is not the place for you. If you are a baby hater this IS the place for you.. They don’t have high chairs or booster seats and they don’t give a damn . We decided to try this place based on the recommendation of a friend and boy what a disappointment it was when the waitress told us our two year old had nowhere to sit. She justified it by saying people can bring their own baby chairs. I then spoke with the owner who basically said oh well…we had one and it broke. Unbelievable. By the way just by the looks of the food, it appeared to be some fake Italian garbage .
First time tonite was very enjoyable. Great server who was extremely helpful and attentive. Food was very good but portions were just enormous. Doggy bags for everybody. Reasonably priced food and wine made for a very enjoyable evening. Thank you. See you again soon
Served up an ace. Thank you Luca and staff for accommodating thirty two ladies at your restaurant for a birthday luncheon. You scored an ace in serving all of us tennis ladies. Looking forward to booking other events in the future.
