10 Year Patron. Super Chinese Restaurant!!! Accidentally stumbled upon this place 10 years ago during a lunch. China Town quality food. Always packed at dinner time. Friendly staff. I have not had one bad dish yet. Creative high quality selections. I visit about twice a month on a regular basis.
Great food great service. The homemade hot mustard is incredible. The best Chinese in the south
Definitely the best Chinese I’ve had in Broward County. Friendly order-taker on the phone, prompt delivery, and everything was delicious. I judge Chinese restaurants mainly on their ability to make an egg roll nice and pink on the inside (not gray and dull) and this egg roll did not disappoint. The four seasons war bar was top notch as well. I definitely recommend this place!
This was without a doubt one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten in. The service was absolutely great and the prices were most reasonable.
Great food, amazing delivery service about sums it up. I don’t know what was up with the previous reviewer’s food, but I’ve ordered South China countless times and it’s always been amazing (for a neighborhood Chinese restaurant). I’ve had most of the chicken, beef, and seafood dishes and all have been better than anything offered by similar restaurants (heck, they can even cool scallops amazingly well, which really pleased me for delivered seafood). Best of all, this place delivers insanely quick (I’ve had my food at the door in less than 20 minutes a number of times), so the food never arrives as a soggy mess.
South china is for the dogs. South China in the Country Side Shops in Cooper City was so bad I would never feed this to my dog because I love him too much. After a few bites, we threw it in the garbage. That was the worst chinese food I have ever eaten. My husband had the Kung Bo (their version of Kung Pao) and it was awful. I decided to try something new and went with the vegetarian Lo Han Chai – bland, flavorless and a mush of vegetables. The egg rolls and spring rolls were also awfu, just a weird flavorl. The only redeeming food we ate from this place was the kids sweet and sour chicken (actual white meat) and the crab rangoon. Never, ever again! The menu is going in the garbage too.
