I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had the roll combo nothing tasted good. My bf had the teriyaki chicken it tasted like grill chicken and teriyaki sauce on it. Worst service.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We’ve been coming here for 20 years & know the owner Pat. Sadly last nite we had the worst experience & will NEVER go back to that unfriendly, uncomfortable environment. They started off by seating us & then requesting we move to a smaller table just in case another larger party came in & wanted to be seated…mind you it was an hour before closing. We complied, then the waitress who was extremely rude was completely inattentive & ignored us for about 10 minutes. Until we asked for drinks which took another 10mins. When we tried to order after waiting 20 minutes she acted as though we were bothering her & it was too much for her to serve us. We decided at that point to leave & go somewhere else. We wanted to let the manager Tracy know & when we did so she literally laughed it off. We saw the entire wait staff sitting & relaxing in the back while we sat patiently waiting . So RUDE!!! TOO BAD they lost customers. Sorry Pat. U need to check on ur staff more often.
Bad waitress. Very rude waitress. Made me uncomfortable. Stingy place, had to ask for more napkins, they pay very little attention to their customers.

OMG Sushi !!!. Without a doubt, Sushi Sogo is a quality restraunt in every possible way. The menu is remarkable and the options are unique in presentation and thrilling to the taste buds. I have been visiting Sushi Sogo on special occasions for many years but recently I’m so pleased they are under NEW MANAGEMENT . Even though I have never been dissappointed in any aspect of the total dining experience, now the place looks, taste, and feels better. The best Sushi experience I have had in Florida, I got it at Sushi Sogo. My OMG restaurant.
Ymmcalot. You can always tell the people who have never worked in the service industry… a 10% tip and your never going back… Their food is good enough that they won’t miss your business .They probably ran you off for your crappy tipping. I hope your employer doesn’t dock your pay when you have a busy day at work and don’t perform all your duties at your best. The food is excellent and the service is great. Always pleasant and attentive. delivery is great too! been eating there since they opened!
Bad decision.. We’ve been regulars here for years. We’ll never spend another dime here — not after the waitress demanded that we increase her tip, and held us hostage until we complied.You got about $3 more that night, and you lost all the money that we would have spent there, for the next 10 or 15 years. Very smart.Pity. The food is usually good (although it was mediocre that night), and the service is usually okay — although it had been awful that night, which was why we had intended to leave a minimal tip. 10% wasn’t good enough for you, huh? Even when you had done a terrible job.Sayonara.
