May 26, 2014Fun & filling. Designed for a romantic time. Well behaved children are great and a credit to their family. For the price of this place screaming children should be prohibited. Pay the $15 hr for a sitter, or stay home please. Others should not have to suffer the the lack of some elses parenting skills. October 8, 2016Went with a Groupon for my anniversary. Attentive waiter, great food, good experience. Without the Groupon the meal would have run approximately $100. October 07, 2017Food and service are still great; however, for approx. the same price ($105 for 2, + Tip) you are getting about 1/3 less food.

The customer service is outstanding here. I had a problem with my groupon and the manager, who is probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met, gladly handled the issue with what I wanted, no hesitation, even telling me he would gladly speak to groupon if needed. On top of the great atmosphere, food, and fun, this place is a must go!! Customer service is A+

Over hyped. We were a group of 11 people celebrating a birthday were first timers to Melting Pot. We made reservations and arrived on time. We were seated promptly. Having heard great reviews, we hope to have a very interesting fondue experience. One server was assigned to our table. The server helped us go through the menu and answered our questions. When ordered 3 different cheese fondues for starters. While the fondues were prepared before us, we were surprised at the low quantity of the dippers. One cheese fondue was shared by four of us and were given just one bowl of bread, a small bowl of veggies and apples. The server didnt even show up near our table for the next 30 minutes asking us for our choice of entree. The entree’s were pretty mediocre and came with (mediocre) salads. Nothing great. We ordered the chicken and vegeterian entrees. The chicken entree had about 12 small pieces of cut raw chicken breast. All you had to do was cook it in a boiling pot of broth and eat. 5 types of sauces were given to make your boiled chicken taste better.Again the server was not around asking if we needed a refill of the sauces. The sauces were again too small in quantity for 4 people. The server was not be seen for another 30 minutes. Then we ordered 3 types of chocalate fondues for dessert. This tasted good and was the only saving grace of the evening. Finally, our the check arrived with an outrageous amount for gratuity which was not worth it at all. In short – Ambience – 6 out of 10 Food – 4 out of 10 (for the starters and dessert. Entrees are a rip off)Service – 2 out of 10Value for money – 4 out of 10Will I go there again or recommend to others – A Big NO!

Fondue Fun. My kids love fondue because it’s like a science experiment you eat. Melting Pot is always a good time, just damn pricey. The wine selection is impressive beyond reason and the staff are knowledge and well-rehearsed. The real downside to Melting Pot is you leave smelling like oil. There’s just nothing you can do about it so make sure it’s at the end of your evening, not the start.

Melting in Heaven. THIS IS THE BEST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! You see where I’m going with this? 🙂 Celebrated our 3yr anniversary on 07-09-2010 at the Cooper City location. The management and staff where the most professional and pleasant I have ever experienced! Our night was so memorable we can’t wait to go back! This in my opinion out of all the restaurants I have gone to is the most romantic. Great for a first date, anniversary, girls night out….. This location has the vibe of a modern upscale bar scene , love it! This is my #1 fave restaurant in all of South Florida, I forgot to mention the most important thing the food! The quality of the food is excellent, the desserts OMG!!!

The food was pretty good but the dessert is what is amazing, but the downside is that it’s really exprensive.

Absolutely amazing! One of my favorite sit-down restaurants! Best dessert- Chocolate S’mores!!!
