The formula they offer is a great one. Its a great cosistent meal composed of a starter and main course. I had the broccoli soup for a starter that was good taste and then the meat patty with mashed potato on the side. The quality of the meat was excellent and the taste was well balanced. The crudite platter is a great choice too for a starter. All the ingredients were fresh and the taste was good. Great outdoor seating overlooking the dancing water fountain.

A disappointment. Where to begin with such a mess? Food is average at best, and highly overpriced, but everything else, and I mean EVERYTHING, makes this the biggest fiasco in Miami. An atrocity! Disorganized, incompetent, unfriendly, and unwelcoming, the place just SCREAMS stay away, we don’t want you here. If you want ambiance, a pleasing atmosphere, and enthusiastic and knowledgable service, stay away from Brasserie Central!

Yummmm Food. I’m not a huge fan of French Cuisine, but this place changed my mind. They just opened so you can tell that they are still getting into the swing of things, but everyone was friendly and inviting. I love the open faced kitchen as well, you can watch the chefs cook, and when someone orders a crepe the whole restaurant is filled with a mouth watering smell. Absolutely delicious!
Don’t Waste Your time on lousy restaurant!. I give it six months. Horrible service. The hostess are snobs and management not much better. Made my disabled wife seem unwelcomed. Terrible atmosphere and the food is over hyped and over priced. Stay Away!!! Better off visiting the other Merrick Park fine dining establishments like Crave, Villagios, Sawa, Yard House or Mariposa.
