Romanctic, cozy and welcoming… are the first things I think of when my husband says we are going to Caffe Vialetto.The food is delicious, try the short rib and Champagne Risotto, best in town! All the appetiziers are innovative and yummy.Marcelo and Ernie, are on top of their business and make all their guests feel like family and friends. The staff has exceptional customer service and really go the extra mile. No complaints here, each time you can expect quality food and service. One of Miami’s best spots.
AWEFUL FOOD TERRIBLE SVC. As an epicurean connoisseur please take my advice & DO NOT eat at this restaurant! Imagine raw tuna covered by saffron and heavy spices drowned in maple syrup gooey paste or a filet mignon destroyed with a thick sticky sauce! The risotto? more like grits! This restaurant is a total disgrace to Italian & Latin cuisine! The owner will insult you if you don’t eat your food! If you are into fine dining & superb svc go to Zuma, SraMartinez, Mychis, Joe’s! Dont go to Caffe Vialetto!
One of My Favorites!. This is the one restaurant I think of when I really want to treat a friend. The food is always delicious. Service is the best I’ve had in Miami. The atmosphere is warm and intimate. The menu changes so I always ask the waiter what I want – and have never been disappointed.

Great Pasta!!!!. A must try is the papardelle with short rib. The raviolis are all great too!!! My favorite thing about this place is that they do whatever you want to make you happy.
