  Francesco ofrece especialidades de la cocina Peruana en un ambiente muy sobrio. nos gusta mucho su arroz negro con aj amarillo y los choros a la chalaca. Sin duda uno de los mejores restaurantes de su genero en Miami aunque es costoso. Valet Parking disponible. miamismith.com

  A taste of Peru in Coral Gables. Almost every restaurant in Miami, Peruvian or not, has ceviche in the menu, but Francesco is the finest I’ve had the pleasure to have yet. From the presentation of the plates, the fresh tastes and the incredible sauces, Francesco is sure to open your eyes and taste buds to a new and unique understating of Peruvian cuisine. Risotto with shrimp, filet mignon, corvina in Francesco Sauce, and if your vegetarian, they made a risotto with vegetables for my friend and she loved it. The restaurant is small, intimate, comfortable and soothing. The extremely well trained staff is friendly, personable and very efficient. Perfect for any occasion, romantic, family or just friends visit Francesco and get a bit of Peru in beautiful Coral. Gables!

  Order the black ink rice, the best in Miami. I have only had better in Barcelona. The ceviche is good. The service was also good. Recommend for lunch. Dinner is too pricey
