Been to Hillstone several times over the years. I can say they have been consistent; however there is basically no chance in the menu offering ever! So Im left bored with the same options over and over. In my perception, a restaurant needs to innovate and that is why I gave them a 3 rating
Hillstone is a must stop American restaurant in Miami for both tourists and locals.The bar is a gathering place for businessmen and, even though it specializes in typical American dishes, they have a great sushi station worth trying. Some of its signature dishes are the baby back ribs and the spinach dip with cheese and artichoke. Just like its brother restaurant in North Miami (Houston’s), Hillstone is always packed and people usually wait at least 30 minutes to be seated.What we liked the most: Chicago-Style Spinach & Artichoke Dip miamismith.com
Amazing night; cocktails before dinner and started with a crisp Caesar salad nicely presented. Beef ribs was a fantastic suggestion by a stellar wait staff. Ended with Tres Leches. No doubt once of the best dining experiences in quite some time.
