Realy good Best place I’ve …. Realy goodBest place I’ve been to in a while. If you like cuban food i would recomend it to you. They had something like live music which was a person playing the violin to a tune off of a computer.
Get the coffee. Had lunch here in February 2011 during a trip to Miami. I ordered the Vaca Frita. It was quite good. Service was excellent, but the best part of the whole meal was the Cuban coffee served at the end. It may well have been the best cup of coffee I have ever had.
Ajiaco soup at la casita, the worst soup that i ever ate. Try the ajiaco soup at another cuban restaurant,i will not recomend to not body this is not soup, [casava with potatoes boiled in water that,s not soup]
Uninspired. Very standard Cuban fare at this location, nothing special, and there are no lunch specials. You’ll have to plead for a water refill. Service is minimal and terse. The food is devoid of excessive flavor, and dried parsely is sprinkled over everything (there was even some in my water)! There are several other good Cuban restaurants in the area; I’ll opt for one of those next time.
Lunch at La Casitas was a pleasure, with good service and solid Cuban cuisine. Ordering from the lunch menu makes this restaurant a good value as well.
