Chocolate beignets. They were more akin to a doughnut due to the fact that they are fried brioche dough that is split in half and filled with bittersweet chocolate. This is actually an item that I would get again, but it is not very French. miamiculinarytours.com

Charming and professional staff. Excellent meal from onion soup to fantastic souffl ! Very good house Merlot and a proper Kir Royal.

Friendly and French. F&F says it all, from the friendly and professional staff to the elegant and charming owner France, this restaurant has it all. As an appetizer try their escargot, it would do France, both the owner and the country, proud. I love their duck a la orange as well as their filet Mignon with peppercorn sauce. Whatever you order you can’t go wrong. This truly is the restaurant where everyone knows you’re name.

We went in for lunch, they had a three course special and the hostess was lovely she was super nice, the waiter was checking on us and the food was awesome typical French cuisine.

A superb menu of provincial French cooking–We have never been disappointed with this fine restaurant that has moved two blocks to the heart of Coral Gables. The dishes we had the night before last included a very delicate and fresh-tasting fillet of sole, a tender fillet mignon in a sumptuous green pepper sauce, separate dishes of veal kidney (rognon) in a creamy mustard sauce, on the one hand, and a delightful port with mushroom sauce on the other. The main courses come with a fresh green salad on a flavorful mustard vinaigrette. Some of us started with a French onion soup, not salty and with a topped with a perfectly broiled cheese in classic fashion. And, we could not resist the chocolate/banana crepe with brandy flambe. We chose a nice, inexpensive bottle of Bordeaux from their reasonably priced list. While the service is entirely without pretense, the staff was attentive from start to finish.

The new location is great. Right in the middle of Miracle Mile there is a parking garage right behind the restaurant. Started with the reliably delicious Lobster Bisque. The duck was truly amazing with a complex layer of tastes. The filet was merely very good with a sauce that was a bit overpowering. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall an excellent meal.
