  Sad. Real sad. Not that this is anything more than bar food… But it doesn’t even get to that level anymore. Sat at a table for 15 before anyone took an order. Tuesday night and the place is half empty. Food came out wrong. How do you mess up a chicken philly? Just sad.

  Everything you need to know about the ale house1) It only cares about money not service, or food quality2)Its all when to hell like a year ago when the former gm Billy Kicklighter left.3) The management has no idea what they’re doing if they did why is most of the bartenders 19 year old kids that cant order a drink for themselves. Talk about set up for failure4) I mentioned service earlier its pretty bad but its not like they care because apparently what the servers and bar tell me is that they cant train properly because they are understaffed because everyone quits of gets fired5) A restaurant should never have a high turnover rate when it comes to staff because how is the restaurant supposed to build regulars. I guarantee you’ll see almost a entire new staff next month watch6) Its not all bad the servers and bartenders do try and work hard with what they got which again isn’t much.7) Never order anything to-go unless you want stale food or the wrong order8) For such a small ale house i cant explain the long ticket times for food like 30 mins is way to long for people who need to go back to work remember you are located in a financial district9) Great drinks specials if you have a hangover fetish10)Never order the Bahamian dolphin since its cooked in aluminium foil the cooks can never tell if its cooked properly11) They should like cut half the menu down, they keep adding stuff all the time they should get good at cooking the food that they have on the menu instead of just adding more food12) Just because you put a add-on to a steak doesn’t make it a dinner special13) Look at the staff when its busy nobody (servers) is smiling or having a good time and that reflects poorly management as well14) They run out of popular food items all the time when they should have it by the surplus in other words tsk tsk on the kitchen managerI can keep ranting on and on but i will stop on the slim chance you wanna see the Fail House. Its just really sad to see a good idea like the ale house go down like it is. It might as well turn back into a burger king at least i’ll get consistency. With A lot of disdain, Bryant

  They have terrible service for one, and two, they completely messed my and my boyfriends order up really bad. Don’t know why they even have decent reviews

  The Best in the day time at night no good. I love this place for lunch do not go for dinner or you will be sorry the chefs at night suck! and I always see the food as old or just thrown together in the day it is always fresh and tasty. during the weekdays mmm yum
