The personnel at the E-Bar are not the slightest bit concerned about customer satisfaction. I wanted to buy a croissant and have it heated up but the employee said they are only allowed to heat up the breakfast options (I have had my croissants heated up for me at other E-Bars without a problem various times). The Caramel Ice Storm didnt even taste like caramel and it wasnt served with whipped cream and caramel drizzle as it usually is. Disappointed.
