Like it!. Service was exceptional. I am visiting from out of town and was so happy to finally find a place that had creative food. The wine was tasty albeit about $10.00 for a glass of house. The service was on point and both girls working the bar were attentive and made the effort to make good suggestions towards food and drink. I will definitely be back!
Good Food – BAD service. The Globe has great food, but the service is beyond bad. Even on a slow day, the staff is inattentive and pretty much indifferent to the fact that you are sitting there. EXTREMELY SLOW. Doesn’t matter if it’s lunch, dinner, or just drinks. The staff sucks. But… Globe does have great live Jazz music most every Saturday. It’s a fun place to hang out if you can tolerate the crappy service.
Good but Slow. The food here is great, prices are fair for the quality of the food. With that in mind, the service is horribly slow. The wait staff also seems like they just got back from an unsuccessful casting call for America’s Next Top Model. I’m sure it would kill them to smile, so I don’t suggest trying to get them to.
