Extremely disappointed in what they’ve done with the food and menu here. It seems that they’ve completely revamped the menu for the worse. They used to have delicious, hearty meals with a unique, crafty take on the classics (like the fried chicken, which is no longer on the menu). Now they have a menu which doesn’t distinguish at all between appetizers and entrees and is all overpriced just the same, with all items consisting of baby-sized tapas that aren’t flavorful. My husband and I ordered three dishes (we added on the third because we were still starving after getting what we thought were two entrees) – jambalaya, pork belly BLT, and the mushrooms with gruyere – and left feeling hungry still. Ive never had jambalaya that wasnt rich, spicy, and completely filling until now. They didnt even use rice in their jambalaya but some grain, nuts, and literally what can only be described as cut up hot dog? So wrong. And the pork belly BLT consisted of one piece of toast topped with pork belly and tomato sauce. If you want to go here for the drinks and ambiance, please make sure you eat somewhere else beforehand.
