Delicious Iranian Food. This was the best Iranian food Ive had anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed the pomegranate stew (khoresh-e fesenjn) and the herb stew (ghormeh sabzi), along with eggplant dip and Persian ice cream, ordered from the full menu with a Groupon. The chef was friendly and visited our table many times. We plan to return on Friday night, 3/20, for the Persian New Year (Nowruz) buffet.
Like it a lot. We really had no idea about Persian food but were interested to try it when a friend recommended it to us so we had dinner there on 3/19. It was an excellent meal with some very new (to us) and interesting flavours – the pomegranite stew was terrific. The patron was very friendly and chatty and tells lots of jokes. We will return.
Awesome!. Decided to check this place out with my fiance last night after trying some of their food at a festival. It was awesome! We had the Torange appetizer which was stuffed grape leaves, hummus, eggplant dip and a tomato and cucumber salad. It was sooo good. I had the ground beef Kabob and my fiance had the Kabob Soltani. Again, it was excellent. A quaint family owned business and great prices, especially for Coral Gables. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. You wont be disappointed. Planning on going again soon and bringing some friends.
Little Diamond in the Rough. Went to this restaurant over the weekend I had a craving for Persian Food and found this quaint little spot in the heart of Coral Gables. For Starters the hummus was to die for… absolutely delicious… I later had a tenderloin kebob with white rice…my friend had the lamb shank with green rice… All the food was delicious, tasted authentic just perfect. The ambiance was quiet… you knew you were in a family owned restaurant. Maybe next time I bring more people…The only bad things was there was nobody in the restaurant. I think that people have a misconception when it comes to Persian food. This place is great, and the food is delicious.. Although I don’t want my little secret to be told… I just have to share how great it was to eat here. A must try!
FANTASTIC PERSIAN RESTAURANT!!! The dishes are all spectacular! I’ve visited this restaurant on several occassions and have tried different entrees and appetizers. I have yet to be dissappointed. The kabob is excellent, all appetizers are delicious, and the baklava and Zolobia are to die for! I cannot find anything bad to say about this establisment. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who like Persian food.
