So disappointing…. We stayed at the Hyatt so we decided to go to Two Sisters for dinner as it is located within the Hyatt complex. What a mistake! For starters, the restaurant no longer opens on the evenings, so we were told we could eat in the lobby! For our lack of desire to drive anywhere, we stayed. We ordered the bone in Rib-eye and the filet mignon and both were flavorless and they were unable to make the demi-glaze that was supposed to go with both steaks so they substituted chimi churri. Now this would have been okay with us, however the steaks were just plain bad and the chimi churri served to try to drown the steaks as opposed to complementing them. The sides were good, but $60 for mash with corn and veggies is not what we went there for. Dessert was the only redeeming factor, if you must stop here, try the tiramisu. Otherwise, don’t waste your time.
Wine glass was so BIG!. I had a very satisfying lunch here at Two Sisters back in March this year. I stayed at Hyatt Coral Gables and this restaurant was right insided the hotel. I had a huge glass of California red wine and the Seafood Paella. I really enjoyed the paella. Everything was fresh. I will definetely go back there again.
