If you are a vegetarian and like to eat healthy organic food then this is the right place. Just tell them to add some salt. Lol. Jk. This is a wonderful restaurant. Amazing food. I did not dine in though. I took it with me. Make sure they wear gloves. When she was cutting my veggies and garlic she did not wear gloves. I don’t care of her hands were clean or anything. I just want her to wear gloves. That’s mandatory. Anyway food was awesome.
This place must have the worst possible customer service I’ve ever seen!! My fianc called to place an order for pick up and the lady asked that she call back in5 minutes. What?? So she calls back 3 times before she gets an answer and the lady was rude and incoherent to the fact that we were trying to make an order for takeout. So we just drive there to sit down to eat (the time was 8:23 and is now 8:31) the owner stands in our way and says we are closed. Another table did not even have their drinks served to them and she said she squeezed them in. But for some reason we were not allowed in. We were dressed casual and clean cut.
Tasty and Tasteful. Who said that vegan food had to be boring? Coral Gables’ La vie en raw is a must for the entire city. The offering is creative, tasty and tasteful. In a hidden corner of The City Beautiful one finds a friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, and, above all, an innovative menu that is a pleasure to recommend.
This small cafe is amazing! The food and service went beyond my expectations. The food was incredibly delicious, unique and filling. The people are genuine and have a passion for eating and living healthily. I definitely recommend this cafe.
Raw Food in the Gables. Delicious Raw Food gourmet place in Gables. It was necessary a place like this for years. Congratulations to the RAWFOODIST and Raw food chefs to have a place like this. The name is so nice too! try the soups and the deserts too! A delicacy. If you never try this before, ask a basic explanation about this natural and regenerative way of eating, or just google it… A health tendency from California and New York, now in the center of Miami. Salud!
Delicious experience in an ambiance so nice, so cozy, with great background music also Managed with the personal attention of Sabina, its owner an natural food dietitian. The Soup was excellent and full of flavors that you can distiguish from each other. Great cream of raw veggies. The Raw-Violis were superb! Have to get here more often! For The taste…For ma vie!
