Great New Concept, Fresh Fast Food Italian, I stopped here yesterday after shopping in Publix. Its pretty cool you get to pick your pasta, sauce and choice of toppings to make your own combination pasta bowl or choose from more traditional dishes. The ingredients are very fresh. The preparation happens right in front of you in their extremely clean state of the art kitchen in about five minutes. You can eat in their dining room or take home. They deliver to Coral Springs and Parkland. They also have many sandwiches (hero) combos, and huge salads and drinks to choose from. My Pasta portion was large enough that I was able to take some home for another meal. I like the idea of a quick quality pasta at a great price.
