Ridiculous. I called Lima 51 to order quite a large order of food and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then forgot that phone is off the hook so when I hung up and tried to call back it was a busy signal for additional 20 minutes …??? So I decided to drive down there and order it in person and explain to the gentleman there that that’s not the way to run the business . However he was rude , did not care about what I was saying and then I waited there for additional 30 minutes for the food to be ready …??? He also had audacity to ask me if I wanted a glass of water for my inconvenience while I wait !!! I will never ever go back to that place and suggest that to all that even inquire about it … Place was also dirty and not fit for a restaurant to charges those prices

Dry crumbly causa, uncooked fish in ceviche, over cooked beef in lomo saltado, stale hard potatoes in papa la huancaina, their anticuchos arent made of heart and they were bland and over cooked.We spend $60 on ridiculously ruined food. Never going back.
I like my chicken grilled so I go to Pollo Tropical for that… I do wish they had fried calamari from the old menu…
Great food, good prices. Nice place, friendly staff, good food…. What else can I say???
