Simply amazing, seriously good. My hopes were up after reading the menu and Dan’s review. He’s spot on. Every single dish had someone making a happy sound at their first bite. Here you’ll actually find nato salmon, salmon skin and other more authentic dishes. Loved the spicy wakame roll, even the negimaki was perfectly sauced. The restaurant itself was spotless. (I now always check restaurant inspections and was delighted to see Nu has an excellent record.) The server was quick, attentive with water and dishes arrived quickly. This is a new favorite.
