Back to back bad experiences; won’t be back. First time food took over an hour. 2nd time chicken parm was dry and hard; eggplant/portabello had no mushrooms, spaghetti was lukewarm…just a really bad experience.
Ms DD. Recently I took friends to pizza time because I love there food, with that being said, the service was horrible, my daughter got there first and sat at the bar, NO bartender, every once in a while someone (a waiter) would get behind the bar and make drinks for his table, 20 minutes later they seated her and 10 minutes later she got a beverage , our waiter would stand away from our table to take our order, and then I ordered a vodka with club soda and splash of oj, I get the bill and they charge me for vodka then charge me for club soda and charge for oj, I tell he waiter that is crazy so he takes the Bill to the owner and the owner and he takes the mixer off the bill, GREAT, but then says next time I have to pay it, REALLY, I say don’t worry there will be no next time! You can have the best food in the world and if you have bad service and unprofessional owners you will not make it for very long!
Great food, horrible customer service. Been eating at the Parkland location for over 10 years. They are fantastic. I recently moved closer to the Coral Springs location. Each time I’ve ordered from them, they forget something. And when you call to have them fix it, they refuse. So basically, they take your money, them pick and choose what their going to give you. I just spent $50 on two pizzas. They forgot the main topping on one of the pizzas that I paid $4 for. They had no interest in making it right. I didn’t want anything for free. I only wanted what I ordered and paid for. But forget it, Coral Springs won’t ever get your order right. If you want to receive what you order, and enjoy excellent food, drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Parkland Pizza Time. I’ve learned my lesson, cs will never get another dollar from me. Their just thieves. Oh yeah I almost forgot, it took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver two pizzas, that they couldn’t even get right.
Pizza delivery time 2 1/2 hours. Pizza took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered, $3 delivery charge they don’t inform you of, girl who answers the phone ignores important address information, manager blames customer for the phone girls mistake, delivery driver counted money right in front of customer to figure his tip. Pizza was cold, but good taste. Delivery not suggested.
You Talking to Me….Yes I am, this place is GOOD.. How can you not LOVE a place that has a sign on the door leading into the dining room (see pic) that basically says, if you are pain in the a$$ customer go home and cook. I love that $hit. Forcing good behavior/karma is a win win situation. The clean interior decor is an odd Italian grotto/village looking design. Plastic table-covers and silverware wrapped in paper napkins. All of this gives the restaurant a certain charm that I crave. Our server was Chris and he had a cool looking haircut. Straight short hair parted in the center and laying flat on his head. It was like old style 20’s hairdo. He was very attentive and friendly. After reading the dinner menu we discovered that there are no sandwiches or pizza on it. You have to ask for the pizza and sandwich menu which also doubles as a lunch menu too.My wife had the Chicken and Portibella Panni and she loved it. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo (see pic) and it was outstanding. Not only do you get some nice size shrimps they also added some mussels and baby clams too. It was not that spicy at all, it was perfect. The sauce, broth, gravy whatever they call it was so delicious and the linguine was spot on. Dipping the garlic rolls in the $hit was pure heaven. Oh yeah, this meal came with a salad with an Italian vinaigrette and garlic rolls, both were good. Great place to take your family to enjoy outstanding food. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and also remember that mean, miserable, bitchy people suck and are not wanted a this restaurant. Stay Hungry!
