Horrible customer service. A group of 6 of us came here for my boyfriend’s birthday. We’ve all worked in the service industry and this place doesn’t know what customer service is. They closed at 2am. At 2:05 the bartenders were screaming at the customers to get out. One of our friends was sitting at the bar finishing his drink, half way through, and the bartender grabs his drink from his hands dumps it. Never coming back to this place again. We paid for those drinks, and in the restaurant business it’s common knowledge that you don’t close until the last customer has finished consuming whatever it is they paid for. Why not just make last call right at closing time if you’re just going to dump people’s drinks? Rude. Unprofessional.
